High drive: Most bus, auto drivers do drugs

Hard to believe, but true! Most of the times you use public transport in the Capital, you are at the mercy of a drug addict behind the wheel. The majority of public transport vehicles plying on Delhi roads, especially at night, is driven by drug addicts who care two hoots for the lives of their passengers....

Money Laundering and Human Traficking by so called religious NGO

Its sad to hear that some people are blind followers of a particular religious sect without getting into the details of what they do and how they operate.

I think most of the religious followers of BAPS are very well aware that the so called religious institute/NGO uses the R-1 visa to get illegal immigrants as priests from India by getting millions of rupees from them before they are brought to the Developed countries as Priests or as part of a religious Delegate. Once they arrive successfully they are fled as illegal immigrants never to return back. They keep extracting money from such illegal immigrants once they are fled and made to work for some motel owners of their SECT.

The USCIS got a glimpse of this scandal and has started scrutinizing and denying R-1 visas to suspicious visa applicants.

Another notable scam that was brought to my attention was about money laundering business that these so called Non Profit Organisations conduct. It’s a simple calculation that benefits the donor as well as the organization. For e.g. you give 100k to the organization. They give you a donation receipt of which is entirely tax free. You get a tax deduction of around 20% on the amount donated. The organization keeps that 20% and returns you the remaining amount. So if you consider the overall calculation ideally you received all your donated amount back and the organization benefited 20% from the tax payers money which they use to buy land and increase their assets. I have not seen any hospitals or any charity work done by them. All they believe is in confiscating land and building huge temples to show to the world.

I would seriously love to conduct a sting operation and catch them red handed and expose them to the world. Is anyone ready to help me with this????

I think it is irresponsible to write a blog without checking the facts.

Pranav.

You probably work for BAPS. Posting a link from their site doesn’t tell us much does it? Would they write anything bad about themselves on their own site? The bottomw line is – where there is smoke, there is………

Whether I work for BAPS or not has no relevance here.

The best way to find out if an organization is what is claims to be, is to verify what they have on the website or their actual work.
You wrote ” I have not seen any hospitals or any charity work done by them. All they believe is in confiscating land and building huge temples to show to the world.”

I have posted the link to show how many hospitals, education institutions, relief activities have been done by BAPS.

Hey Meghana, It seems you have had real bad experiences with Hindu religion. All your comments are anti Hindu? Your name suggests that you are a Hindu but your comments say you are not Hindu!! What say you? What religion do you follow? You have attacked three different organisations; i dont know them but surely they must be doing some good if they all these followers? You have heard of the saying, you can fool some people some of the time but you cant fool all the people all of the time.

As for your sting operation you sitting in India, not sure if it will get any response.

Raymondo,

I’m a Hindu and I’m extremely proud to be one. Exactly what have I written against the Hindu religion in any of my posts? And who am I trying to “fool”?

Writing about corrupt organizations, corrupt swamis, self styled “saints” and so on, does not amount to writing against a religion. Any religion itself, is pure and simple but these corrupt people complicate it for their own benefit. Hinduism does not teach us to become zombies of a so called swami. In fact, hinduism teaches us about “maan” and “maryada”. Something, these corrupt swamis want us to give up because if we all of us start thinking rationally, there will be no market for these corrupt “organizers”.

Meghana

Meghana,

You have misunderstood me. I did not say that you cannot fool people all the time. I meant that the organisations cannot fool all the people all the time. And therefore they must be doing something right to attract all the followers. we have the same in the Catholic church. Sure you get one or two bad apples but you cannot tar everyone with the same brush.
If you are not a follower then how can you comment? Have you visited BAPS wherever they are based? Even if Mr Parikh is a follower you should at least find out if what they state is correct because otherwise your opinions are just that, opinions and not facts.

@Pranav Parikh, Are all these hospitals, institutes free ?

1) Education Institutes , Hospital
They earn millions from it, where does this money go ?
There is this BAPS Girls hostel in Valasan. Only NRIs can afford it man.

2) Flood relief work etc.
BAPS collects money from followers in Natural disasters, and only Volunteers participate in this.

The question raised is about MONEY $$. The money goes for buying more Properties.

Hello Anmol,

No matter what amount or money the organisation makes, if it is running a hospital, there are costs to be repaid for so they pay back for th costs incurred. if you go for these services provided by any BAPS charity organisation, they are to the top of quality and they are worth the money you pay for.

Show us another organisation that does so much apart from their private work.

Think twice before you write against an organisation that is so pure and followed by millions.

its just some fools around like you blocks who are lacking the knowledge of being a pure hindu.

may Bapa give you Burd and Budhi to improve in your personal life and progress.

JAY SWAMINARAYAN.

P.S. whatever you say over here is not going to affect BAPS organisation in any way no matter how many people you gather, I would rather say you are going to waste your time.

PRAMUKH SWAMI MAHARAJ NI JAY!!JAY !!! JAYY!!!

Hey Meghana
Which is your God In Which You Bilive Say Me

I Am Not say BAPS Right Or Wrong ?
I Just asking Your Religious Which You Follow ?
So Plz Say Me ?
